Thank you for your interest in Eagle Funding. We look forward to helping you grow your business!
The weblink below will take you to our Broker Agreement and Addendums in a
single document format. When you have fully executed the Agreement and all
the Addendums, please forward the ORIGINALS to us along with following
information:
- Resumes of all principals.
- Current broker license(s).
- Current state business
license(s).
- Most recent financial
statements (profit / loss & balance sheet)
– signed and dated.
- Articles of Incorporation and
/ or other organizational documents.
In addition, for Brokers desiring FHA approval:
- Quality Control Plan.
- Evidence (findings) that you
are conducting internal audits on your closed loans.
- Most recent CPA prepared
(Audited or Compiled) financial statements.

Once we have received your Broker Agreement package, we will work swiftly to
complete the approval process for you. We want you to be able to submit
and lock your loans right away, and you must be an approved broker to do so.
